Description
LubProtegg® is a high purity, white mineral oil that acts as a protective film when covering the egg.
MAINTAINS EGG QUALITY AND STABILITY.
It prevents the entry of liquid or solid particles through the shell, protecting from microbial invasion (Salmonella) inside, and helps prevent evaporation of water (Albumen) and carbonic acid, thus preserving the weight and quality of the egg over time. It is very effective in preserving egg quality standards.
