LubTroil ®

LubTroil^® is a highly refined dielectric oil that is stable at high temperatures, and has excellent electrical and insulating properties, while offering outstanding oxidation, stability, and exceptional dielectric strength.

LubTroil^® is used in power and distribution transformers, rectifiers, some types of high voltage capacitors, fluorescent lamp ballasts, and some types of high voltage switches and circuit breakers. Its functions are to insulate, suppress corona discharge and arcing, and to serve as a coolant.

LubTroil^® Type I is an uninhibited highly refined dielectric oil. LubTroil^® Type I is formulated to deliver solid resistance to oil degradation that provides good oxidation stability for a longer transformer life with less maintenance.

LubTroil^® Type II is an inhibited highly refined dielectric oil manufactured from a proven and improved technology platform to create a product that is stable at high temperatures.
