HarvestOl^® FIA

HarvestOl^® FIA and its emulsified version, FIA E, are highly refined paraffinic oils, labeled as Fungicide, Acaricide, and Insecticide control products. The product is successful due to its great efficiency in pest control, as well as being environmentally safe, without affecting flavor, taste, or quality.

The product kills insects on contact by disrupting gas exchange (respiration),cell membrane function, or structure.

Their toxic action is more physical than chemical, and is short-lived. When used against plant pathogens, HarvestOl^® FIA may smother fungal growth and reduce spore germination on treated surfaces. They are mostly fungistatic, stopping fungal growth rather than killing the pathogens.

Products reduce the ability of aphids to acquire the virus from an infected plant, and transmit it to healthy plants.

HarvestOl^® FIA and FIA E successfully control several divergent pests, including certain fungal diseases, such as Powdery Mildew, Rust, Botrytis Bunch Rot, and Black Spot. It also offers pest control on harmful insects, such as plant feeding Mites, Scale, Leafrollers, Psylla, Whiteflies, Mealybugs, and Leafminers.
